Program Description

Skaters bring your best effort and get ahead before your teammates are even out of bed! D2D's Early Morning Program is gearing up and ready to go for another round of sessions this coming Fall! Each week skaters will participate in one practice-style session where individual skill development will be the focus. Sessions will consist of power skating, footwork, puck handling, passing and shooting all specifically designed for the defenseman.
