Program Description

D2D's Pre-Season Prep will focus on preparing defenseman for their upcoming hockey season and strive to reinforce good defensive game habits. This program is designed specifically for skaters who play defense. These up-tempo sessions will offer power skating and individual drills specific to game situations that all defense are sure to encounter! Face-off alignment, point shots, neutral zone regroups, breakout passing and so much more!! Don't miss out, join us this August and you'll be sure to have your skater feeling their best heading into this years hockey season!
