Program Description

Start your day on the ice with D2D's Morning Grind! An hour of focused hockey development before school. Get a jumpstart on the competition — before most of your teammates are even out of bed! D2D Morning Grind is designed for motivated skaters who want to put in the extra work, sharpen their defense-focused game, and improve the individual skills that make a difference every time they step on the ice. Each weekly session is structured as a focused, high-tempo development practice, with an emphasis on skating, footwork, puck skills, passing, shooting, defensive habits, and game-ready execution. Players will work to become faster, more confident, more efficient, and more effective with and without the puck. Early mornings aren't for everyone — and that's exactly the point. This program is for players who are willing to get up early, put in the work, and continually look for ways to improve. Come ready to work, build better habits and become more confident.
