Program Description

Defense-Focused Morning Training Program Get a jumpstart on the competition — before most of your teammates are even out of bed! D2D’s highly popular Early Morning Program returns this Fall, designed specifically for motivated skaters looking to elevate their defensive game and overall skill set. These weekly sessions are structured like high-intensity practices, with a strong emphasis on individual development. Each session is tailored to help players refine the core components of their performance. Skaters will work on: Power Skating: Improve speed, acceleration, and efficiency on the ice through advanced edge control and stride technique. Footwork: Develop quick, agile movement patterns critical for defensive positioning and transitions. Puck Handling: Build confidence with the puck under pressure and enhance your ability to make plays from the back end. Passing: Master the art of quick, accurate puck movement to support breakout plays and offensive transitions. Shooting: Learn to generate effective shots from the point and improve your ability to get pucks through traffic. This program is ideal for defensemen who want to fine-tune their game, build strong habits, and show up ready to lead. Bring your focus, energy, and commitment — you're sure to leave a better hockey player.

FUN FACTS:

Bryan was the first undrafted player to reach the NHL after being diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis.

Bryan scored his 1st NHL goal vs. WSH. In the same game John Carlson also scored his 1st NHL goal.
Both are former London Knights!

Bryan tallied the primary assist on Rod Brind'Amour's last NHL goal.

Bryan was the brainchild of the London Knights "house of green" during the 2005 OHL playoffs and Memorial Cup.

The House of Green is still used to this day by the London Knights during the OHL playoffs.
