Program Description
During the off-season stay sharp and fine tune your game! D2D's Defence Development Program focuses on teaching specific skill sets a top defender needs to be successful. These high-tempo sessions will push your skater's conditioning while teaching proper routes and positioning that every defenseman needs to know. What Will Be Covered: Skating/Footwork Defensive Stick Position/Body Position Establishing Proper Gaps and Timing Defending Odd-Man Rushes Net-Front Presence Initiating Break-Outs Proper Passing Technique Maintaining Puck Posession All sessions will be run by former Pro Bryan Rodney and his brother, Coach Chris, who brings over 15 years of coaching experience.
